Being a lifelong Tom Cruise fan, I was so excited to go and see this movie. Since it never worked out, I was unable to get to the theatre, so I was excited to watch it on DVD. At first I was weary since I am not a big fan of history movies, but this movie blew me away. Many times you look at Cruise and think of him from his younger days, but within a few minutes of this movie you are so engrossed with his character that you forget all that.
