Remote viewing is defined as the gathering of information over long distances through the use of psychic means - most often some form of telepathy. It is generally regarded as pseudoscience, as there is no unified theory to explain the outcomes of experiments, nor any means by which the results can be replicated. Remote viewing also remains one of the lesser-known forms of psychic phenomena, perhaps due to its having been sponsored by the U.S. Government which kept its studies classified until the mid 1990s.

A 20-million dollar program, Stargate’s conclusions remain a source of debate to this day, and the program was abandoned in 1995 due to its failure to provide documented proof of its intelligence value.

The last recorded prophesy of history’s most famous institutionalized psychic organization was uttered in the middle of the 4th century, and was as follows: “Tell to the king that the carven hall is fallen in decay; Apollo has no chapel left, no prophesying bay, No talking spring. The stream is dry that had so much to say.” Of all its many prophesies, this may have been the most poignant. For with the rise of Christianity in Europe, it seemed that there would be no resurrection of classical Greek culture. The gods no longer spoke through the Oracle at Delphi. Apollo was dead, and that most renowned of psychic hierarchies died with him.
